AI achieves silver-medal standard solving International Mathematical Olympiad problems
What is IMO? There is a math competition called the American Math Competition(AMC) and there is an AMC 10(for 10th graders and under) and an AMC 12( for 12th graders and under). The next level after that is AIME which is tough to qualify for. The next level after that is USAMO or USAJMO which is VERY tough to qualify for. After that, only 30-40 people in the WHOLE NATION will qualify for MOP. Lastly, only 6 of these will be chose for the IMO (International Math Olympiad).
